Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return any item purchased from our online store within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been used.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the item meets our requirements, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for any bank fees or charges that may be incurred during the refund process unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Items that have been used;
Personalised or custom-blended items; and
Aromatherapy consultation fees and other customised services.
