The best part? Once qualified, you will retain VIP Membership status indefinitely. You do NOT have to pay any yearly fees to maintain your VIP Membership status.
VIP Membership is tied to registered accounts, so make sure you either create an account before shopping or you also have the option to create an account during the checkout process. Unfortunately, guests checking out without an account will not be eligible for VIP Membership status, as account creation is crucial for tracking membership data and spending.
As a VIP, you get to earn loyalty points with every purchase. For every S$100 spent, you will receive 100 points, which can then be redeemed for a S$1 discount on future orders. The more you shop, the more you save!
While we love treating our VIP members, there are a few conditions and exclusions to keep in mind:
- VIP discounts and loyalty points are not applicable to gift cards, sales items, promotional items (eg. buy 1 get 1 free), aromatherapy certification courses and external workshops conducted by guest speakers or guest facilitators.
- Discounts are not stackable; for example, you cannot combine the 10% discount with the 20% birthday month discount.
- In cases of conflicting discounts, the higher discount will take precedence.
- Loyalty points are non-convertible to cash or any other form.
- Any unspent loyalty points will expire after one year from the date of accrual.
- VIP Membership benefits are not retroactive. Past e-commerce orders before 18 November 2023 do not contribute to loyalty points or VIP membership status.
- Nila Singapore reserves the right to change VIP membership discounts at any time, ensuring flexibility to enhance and optimise our offerings for the best customer experience.
