Ingredients: Simmondsia chinensis (Golden Jojoba) oil*, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil*, Salvia sclarea (Clary Sage) oil*, Cupressus sempervirens (Cypress) oil*, Juniperus communis (Juniper Berry) oil, Jasminum sambac (Jasmine Sambac) absolute, Melissa officinalis (Melissa) oil*

Directions: Apply directly onto lower abdomen and lower back to soothe period cramps as necessary. For best results, use at least twice daily. Consider placing a heat pad or a wrapped hot water bottle on the lower abdomen after applying the roll-on for added comfort. Also recommended to apply on your lower abdomen one week before your period is due to better manage pre-menstrual cramps.
Caution: Do not use when pregnant.
